Arnold owes the mob a lot of money. Richard is his retired hitman brother. Both Richard and Arnold have ex ties with the mob. Arnold owes one of the families a LOT of money. Arnold cannot pay and will probably die. Richard unfortunately feel obligated as his brother to get him out of the mess.
Richard is going to be the main character. Pretty much we follow Richard through the entire story to find out how he gets his brother out of trouble. Richard is a very intelligent individual. His skill sets are high and he has seen and done a lot in his lifetime. Arnold was the brother who got stuck doing all the bad jobs. Arnold is NOT very smart, and seems to end up in trouble even if he is trying to stay out of it.
Richard will need to overcome the fact that he needs to come out of retirement to save his almost surely unsaveable brother. Arnold also needs to get his shit together. He needs to know that this is the last time Richard will clean up his messes for him. He’s an adult and needs to act like one. There will be a lot of conflict within the two brothers throughout the story, but that’s just normal.
Although I’m still a bit stuck on the technology I’d like to use, I was thinking of maybe getting together pictures from two brothers that were in a mob and potentially putting them together to create a story through pictures. Although this might change and alternatively might use another platform.
Images could be helpful for this story but the character development and the relations between the brothers–which may be the core of the story–would be hard to do simple with images.
Try to begin with the crisis scene–and perhaps work backwards. If you can imagine what Richard is going to do to save his brother–then begin with his actions. Perhaps they even escalate…
