Description
I’m still in the process of deciding what to write. I know that I want to do another children’s story, but I’m not sure of what. I could write another story about Betty (and maybe the crow), but I’m open to experimenting with a whole new story and style. I might read a few children’s books in-between just to see more options. Or maybe I’ll dream about a new story.
Scene
A few things that popped into my head-
A little girl asks her mother why she has freckles (right before bed). The mother responds by telling a story about how a magical fairy visited her crib when she was a baby and accidentally dropped some pixie dust on her. When the dust touched her skin, she was given freckles…
Betty goes on a new adventure with Captain Chocolate Chip and tackles another fear? Maybe she’s nervous about getting a new sibling?
A little girl and her kitten switch lives for a day. They always hear about how cats “have the life” because they don’t have to go to work or school. However, the two of them have to face the challenges of being in a new form.
Format
I’m still pretty open at this point when it comes to format. If I change up my whole style from last time I may stick with the traditional ebook style. But if I stick with the similar, video format sort of keeps popping up in my mind. Maybe something with a voice over.
Audience
The Audience would be children. I think probably about the same age as last time from about 4-7 or so.
