Doc:

We were on our way home from working in the mines, when I noticed that lights were on in our house.  The other dwarves and I tip-toed to the door as to not alert the intruder that we came back.  As we got closer I noticed that one of the windows in the front was broken.  The pungent smell of animal dung was in the air.  I gestured to the others to wait outside while I checked out the scene further.  As I opened the door, I noticed a deer resting on the kitchen table, surrounded by rodents and birds.  To the right, the fire was lit and the cooking pot was steaming.  Animals couldn’t have done that.  Who was in our house?
